Keyboard does not work due to keyboard not plugged in.
Cause:
The keyboard is not plugged in on the back of the computer.
Solution:
Plug in the keyboard and restart the computer.
1) Follow the keyboard cable to the back of the computer.
2) Gently plug the keyboard cable into the port labeled 'Keyboard' or the port with the little picture of the keyboard next to it.
3) Restart the computer after the keyboard is plugged in.
